Our process starts with a series of targeted questions to understand what our clients’ unique organizations seek to achieve. We identify key stakeholders, available resources and potential barriers to execution of vision and strategy.
The next stage of our work includes client conversations, review of materials and data, additional subject-specific analysis and may also include quantitative and qualitative research. Depending on the situation, a diverse group of Aegea Health experts may be engaged in project development and, ultimately, the creation of specific recommendations and their implementation.
