She is recognized for her ability to create novel approaches to healthcare challenges and enhance healthcare quality and efficiency. Her expertise includes clinical quality, value-based care, healthcare delivery, clinical strategy, clinical product development, operations and the sciences. She also supports early phase healthcare and life sciences companies, some of which have successfully entered the market, and is a board-certified physician with an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ione is an accomplished finance and investment executive and dynamic leader skilled at marketing, product development, strategy, financial management, capital raising, and equity investment. She has served as a senior leader at USAA Real Estate, U.S. Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund, MetLife, Merrill Lynch, and JP Morgan Chase. She sits on the Boards of the UVA Foundation and New York Women Executives in Real Estate (“WX”) and is an advisor to Hillcrest Finance, LLC., a woman and minority-owned business. Ione received a BS in Finance from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business.

Olivia is skilled in life sciences communications, design (graphic, 3D, and User Interface), and photography and has experience across a broad range of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube. She received a BS in science communication and studio art at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and is certified in multiple digital and design tools and modalities.
